You can easily create and post updates, photos, and videos from your Facebook page without having to leave the page. The Facebook Refresh is available for Pages with more than 1000 friends, and we’re working on making it available for smaller pages too.
To get started with the Facebook Refresh, follow these steps:
1. On your Facebook page, click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
2. From the gear menu, select Pages.
3. On the Pages page, select the Pages tab.
4. On the Pages tab, under the Updates heading, click on the Facebook Refresh link.
5. If you have more than 1000 friends on your Facebook page, you’ll be asked to verify your page. Once you’ve verified your page, you’ll be given the option to start using the Facebook Refresh.
6. To add content to your Facebook page using the Facebook Refresh, click on the Add an Update button.
7. To add a photo or video to your update, click on the Add Photo or Add Video button.
8. To add a comment to your update, click on the Add a Comment button.
9. To post your update, click on the Post Update button
