Photos that are permanently deleted from our devices are generally sent to the hard drive where the operating system stores all of our files. This means that, in theory, if you could somehow get your hands on our hard drive and access the files, you could view and/or print the photos that were deleted. However, because photos are typically deleted in bulk, it’s unlikely that you would be able to access all of them.
If you delete a photo from your phone, it goes to the trashcan on your phone. However, if you delete a photo from your computer, it is permanently deleted.
